HydroLOGICA: A Company With Purpose

Approximately 1.6 million people in Nicaragua lack access to adequate sanitation, and around 1.1 million lack access to or coverage of safe drinking water. In some cases, even those with access experience quality problems or do not have daily access.

HydroLOGICA was founded with the desire to help developing communities in Nicaragua gain access to clean water and to be an example for the industry, even in challenging contexts. We achieve this by being an excellent water well drilling company that delivers quality at every stage of the project.

Hydrogeological Assessments

We partnered with Northwater International to provide large-scale municipal hydrogeological assessment services. During this process, various geophysical methods are used to map potential groundwater resources.

It is essential to investigate groundwater resources before beginning well drilling because it allows for a better understanding of the budget, costs, and expected returns. Furthermore, it fosters more realistic expectations among the community and the NGO.

Water Well Drilling

We are equipped with a 2017 Atlas Copco TH10LM, which is designed for drilling to depths of up to 300 meters. We can also drill mud to depths of up to 200 meters with a 12 1/4-inch diameter well. Our support truck can carry up to 2,100 gallons of water and 200 gallons of fuel.
